Apple Standard EULA

Use of StudyDeck is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to those terms.

Subscriptions

StudyDeck offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. For subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Subscriptions.

Free features

StudyDeck is free to use for creating, studying, and sharing flashcard decks. Premium features, including unlimited AI imports, practice tests, and study guides, require an active subscription or lifetime purchase.

On-device processing

AI-powered features in StudyDeck use on-device Apple Intelligence. Your study content is processed locally and is not sent to StudyDeck servers.

User content

You retain ownership of all flashcards, notes, and study material you create. StudyDeck does not claim any rights to your content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StudyDeck after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
